Length and Duration of Treatment

Sessions normally last about an hour and a half, except for the Sonic Meridian Flush, which can be up to two hours. Occasionally we can go over an hour and a half, depending on what happens in your session. For this reason I schedule sessions two hours apart.

I normally only do sessions in sets of three or more, three to seven days apart, because things may be brought up in the sessions that need integration and support. Many people choose to do an extended series of sessions, because working with held emotions can be a layered process, and it may take some time to address all the areas of the body that hold the residue of held emotional patterns and belief structures, especially in a generational context. If you would like to book a series of sessions to dive deep into your transformation, I offer a discount for sets of ten sessions. 

If you cannot keep an appointment, please call 24 hours in advance so someone else can have your spot.

Making Contact with your Practitioner

Please text me at 575-313-0527, or email me at kirsten@soundalchemy.center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for routine issues and scheduling. I will get back to you as soon as I can. You may also contact me if you have an emergency after a session such as detox, anxiety, grief, or other challenges, and I will try to assist you. If you do not text, please let me know and I will be sure to check voice mail while I am working with you. Because of my busy schedule, I do not always check voice mail otherwise.

Goals and Techniques

Our sessions are intended to enhance your wellbeing, help you integrate personal and ancestral trauma, and address emotional and physical conditions that may be in the way of your happiness and enjoyment of life. It is my goal to help you feel vibrant, energetic, happy, well, and light! Your own body will always be cueing me where and how to work. You may also bring up specific issues you wish to resolve.

I primarily us Biofield Tuning techniques, though I may also use Continuum Movement and Health Coaching techniques, and methods I have developed myself to best serve your specific situation. I encourage you to communicate with me about what you experience and sense during our sessions, which can bring more depth to your experience. We are a team, and I am here to facilitate your process as your partner, not "work on you" or do a healing "on" you.

I may give you "homework" to do between sessions, such as specific meditations, sounds, affirmations, grounding, movements, or other practices. Nearly everyone can benefit from drinking more water, for instance!

Working Remotely

I often work remotely and it doesn't lessen the impact of a session. During remote sessions we will be communicating over the phone. You may choose a remote session  because we are in different locations or because of safe distancing preferences. Please see my testimonials if you are wondering if non-local sessions are potent, and I can also send you information about the science of how non-local sessions work.

Creating a Team for Challenging Situations

In concert with Biofield Tuning sessions you may also benefit from from working with other practitioners to receive bodywork, acupuncture, spiritual counseling, coaching, or other services. You may have a therapist or relationship counselor or medical practitioner. I encourage you to use all possible resources to make transformation happen!

Professional Fees and Payment

I currently charge a sliding scale of $90 to $150 per session. Please place yourself on this scale according to your financial situation. If you schedule 10 sessions in advance, I offer them for $80 per session. 

I accept payment at the time of service or in advance for a series of sessions. Missing a session without notifying me 24 hours in advance may result in a charge for the missed appointment.
